The community liaison worker assists families and individuals with cerebral palsy and like disabilities by providing support, information and advice. The service also acts as a signpost to other services and works to improve links with other agencies.

The Community Liaison Worker is available Tuesdays and Wednesdays 08.30 to 16.30.
